Exhibitor Guidelines
Booth Setup
Booth set up will be at 4pm for evening events and 8am for daytime events. Exhibitors will be provided with a rectangular table and two chairs. All signage, posters, and materials are welcome to be displayed. Access to wifi and power will be provided. Please bring entire set up materials including power cords.
Logistics
Event specific. Please see your exhibitor guide that was provided to you upon your reservation of space.
Expectations
Exhibitors are expected to engage respectfully with all attendees. Maintain a clean booth space and adhere to all safety and fire regulations throughout the event. Exhibitors will be permitted in the designated area only. Entrance to the event is not included in your advertising fee.
